Returns & Exchanges

At Ollies Place, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
